:welcome: to the club !

Welcome... Are you kidding me? I have been broke in a long time ago. I have clients that have asked me not to put their stuff on this site because of the spin it gets. This home is the best deal on the market in this area IMO. The most frustrating thing is some of these folks have never been to any of these properties. What if an artist was to post his show on here and I was to scream out, "here we go, another artist trying to sell his stuff. Only 15 minutes of slapping some paint around. Looks like something not worth half the value"! Who am I to declare the value of something. Especially something I know nothing about. I would imagine if I followed every thread and commented behind it some negative comment Kurt would eventually get upset. I think we should all be able to debate the real estate issues. We all have opinions on this one (lets all remember what opinions are). It just seems if you want to debate it save it for the many, many threads on real estate. Do we have to beat up the ones where someone is just trying to sell or rent something?

no bobby, i got the best deal on the market with my new house;-)

i know this house quite well, almost pulled the trigger on it, but it was a little past my means. it's a beautiful house with features anyone who's lived in pt. washingotn area or anywhere for that matter, covets; canal, pool with integrated hot tub, shaded circular drive, large shed, huge brick deck, pool bar...

the person who rents this house will be quite happy.

It depends. I would need to "see" it but so far it sounds real good.

It's a total of 88 lots in the New Peach Creek subdivision. At 85K a lot with full infrastructure completed by closing sounds like a good deal to me? Are there any communities out there south of the Bay 5 minutes to the beach with no build out at this price? :dunno:

Yes, but that should be a new thread. This hi-jacked thread is regarding the home for rent. Please start a new thread.

This is a really nice house - we noticed it when it came up for sale and thought the price was really great, too. If we could sell one of ours...:funn:
I'm surprised it has not sold, but am sure it will. It's not just another spec home built specifically for profit, it is a real house with a great setting and yard.

Go, Bobby!
