Late, yesterday afternoon, I saw firetrucks and police cars on the north side of the causeway which crosses the Bay. I kept looking for the accident, and finally saw a car resting on the riprap, almost ready to fall into the water. Someone got lucky. Does anyone know how it happened and if there were any cars in the water?
