Hi! We’ve been homeowners along 30A for the last ten years and just sold our most recent home. The market is very tight right now (as I’m sure most of you know) and we haven’t yet found our next home. We want a more “full time” residence and have really honed in on NatureWalk. We are looking for a 4 bedroom with garage (doesn’t matter size) and backyard of sorts for our dogs and a pool- or room for one.
