Hey, guys! I'm Laura. My husband Matt and I are looking for a long-term rental (6 months to a year) near 30A, preferably between Grayton Beach and Rosemary Beach. We need either a 4-bedroom house/cottage or even a 3-bedroom with a carriage house or garage apartment. We've got a miniature goldendoodle and a handful of kids and we own a guitar effects pedal company and a photography business. We spend a week in Seaside every month or two and have wanted to move there for a few years now. We actually got married there just steps away from Coleman Pavilion, alone on a Tuesday (I don't know why that's so amusing to me... haha).
ANYWAY, we are relocating from Nashville and need a move-in date anytime between now and March 1. Our budget is pretty open.
