Wanted 4BR+ Pet Friendly Starting October

I currently live in Denver, CO. My husband and I are looking for a 4+ house with an office to rent for a minimum of 12 months. We would like to rent starting in October. We have two small dogs that are house trained. We would love a house close to the beach or a condo on the water. We are putting our home on the market this coming weekend and plan to have it closed between 45-60 days. No more snow days for us

I have a four bedroom/two and a half bath home with bay access, a dock, boat lift and waver under davit. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances. Also includes a two-vehicle carport and a 500 square foot Florida room. A storage shed of 150 square feet has plenty of room for lawn tools, bike and other items.
