Based on what I have seen posted here this seemed like a good deal. A client of mine has a 6000 sq ft home she is trying to sell, sits on 20 acres land, in ground pool, for $450K. She is trying to get out of the area and move to a new home she built in the Caribbean. The home is actually located in Baker, FL about 20 minutes from Crestview, 10 minutes from the school in Baker.
