A friend of mine finds herself unexpectedly
in need of a rental until June 15th. It could be longer if she renews her job contract as a public school teacher and stays here.
The home can be furnished or not. It can be for sale and she'll keep the property ready to show. A carriage house is fine. She has 2 dogs that are crated during the day while she's at work. The rent needs to be as close to, if not under $1000 per month. Her credit is good and she is expecting her future landlord to run a credit report prior to a lease.
