I'd love to hve a tasteoff at the next hodown. I'd have to figure out how to get my limoncello cream to SoWal on the plane because I'm unlikely to drive and those airport people took my limoncello out of my bags last time. I agree with Audi that it can be too sweet... so maybe I'll try to cut the sugar just a little bit. It should be sweet like Bailey's Irish Cream is, but not sweeter. And I'd go with Vodka or Everclear pure alcohol. I'd have to do a side by side comparison.
And I'll try out limoncello (not cream) and champagne this summer, too.
