That's what we Realtors call, "sprucing up your photos."

I found one of our very own, this morning. What is supposed to be the photo of the property, is a photo of a butterfly on a flower. No other pics.

I get the flowers, but what's with the flags in the bathroom?

Maybe it helps show that they are for Equal Housing, or maybe they are trying to get some of that European money to buy in the US.

My all-time favorite is the "blurred photo"--it speaks volumes about the condition of the home and/or the competency of the Realtor.

Shelly, I thought of you this weekend when I saw a listing here in St. Louis serving snacks and had balloons AND a clown.

Does anyone remember the Century 21 agent that tried to get a lead from the Pope when he toured the US?

I can't find a photo or video, but I destinctly remember a woman in a gold colored blazer.
