Or you could do what I do and I am an exceptionally light sleeper. Start listening to talk radio at night. I swear it works for me. I'm actually addicted to it. The drone of a boring voice or classical music quickly puts you to sleep. Set a timer for it to turn off if you're afraid it will bother you later AFTER you've gotten to sleep. It takes some getting used to but w/in a week, you'll be drifing off to sleep, especially if Sean Hannity is on!
