Alternatives to mediacom?

hi there. Fairly new to south Walton. Have been pretty frustrated with wifi /internet service through mediacom . I have spent many hours with mediacom tech support, replaced router, modem and cables to no avail. My service goes in and out all the time - Dozens of times a day - which is incredibly inefficient to my home office business. Does anyone else have this problem? Any idea how to fix? Are there alternatives to mediacom service that others are happy with?

Try century link DSL.

Mediacom is hit or miss depending on where you live. They should have replaced lines into your house. If your neighbors have OK service then that is probably the issue.

Mediacom is horrible. Competition could help that.

We've had nothing but issues with MediaCom too. It's like when we come down to our house, we have to start all over again trying to get the Internet up and going! Then it goes in and out, husband gets pissed, kids use too much data--it just gets ugly!
