I just joined this board after Dennis but you are the first Kentuckian I've talked to. I was born in Lexington, grew up in Ft. Lauderdale (hated it) and now I'm back in Lexington. We recently bought property in Watercolor after having fallen in love with this area 2 years ago.

Anyway, since the panhandle is the closest beach to us, I guess it's not surprising. Destin is practically like Louisville Jr. during Spring Break!
Watercolor is beautiful.. my uncle owns three properties in that area, I think.. I'm just a renter for now, but hopefully someday!
