Don't quote me...but I've heard the casting process is going on now....which means that they'll be filming in the spring, a couple of months for production and then the new season should start airing in late spring or early summer.....that is my best guess.
When are sweeps? May? That maybe the time to watch for the new season to start....
For any diehard fans, there is a HUGE Finale party at the end of each season in NYC....actually two...one is a CBS party and one is a Fan sponsored party....you can meet and greet current racers, past racers and usually Phil and Bert and Elise show up....so if anyone wants to go...I have an "in". I haven't been to one since my season, BB and MiniMe went with me....we've been thinking of going again...would make for a fun trip.

Parties are SO much fun....especially for fans who really love and watch the show. There are always past racers that show up in addition to the current season and usually some of the Survivor family comes...Big Brother people too. CBS reality shows like to support each other.... My fav team this season were Kynt and Vyxon (did I spell that right?)
I still think of myself as a fan not a Racer...so when people get excited to meet me...I go...HUH? Gord and I were talking about it this morning on how very very strange it is to know that I actually DID that. amazing
