I've heard pedophiles don't stand a chance when they get in prison; that even the hardest criminals have a heart for children and pay the molestors their due.

We're all designed to protect and defend children - people who abuse them are SO screwed up that even criminals who easily violate rules of society and morality find it unacceptable.

Part of it is their size/proportions of their head to their bodies - it's a visceral "cute" trigger that cartoon and toy manufactures take advantage of too!
