 Yeah, but your daughter must really love her hubby. I love Mr OL but I don't think he'll be my screen saver anytime soon. (don't tell him)[/COLOR]

Do a search on the model of the phone and you can download the manual.

One word-Newlyweds. I bet after a few years she'll have some different pics on there.

Thanks for the tip about downloading the manual.

Sadly, my son's Nano slipped out of his pocket while we were in the cab returning to the airport in New Orleans 2 weeks ago. He, like most teens, had soooo much music on there. He almost cried while we were in line at the ticket counter. I called the cab company, I knew the # of the cab we were in, the driver said he found it and would mail it. But we haven't seen it yet. I'm sort of doubting that we'll get it back. Those nanos are so small I'm surprised he hasn't lost it sooner. :sosad:
I know this is tangential, but Johnrudy, did you hear about the FOUR MILLION DOLLAR VIOLIN that was left in a NYC cab by a musician? It was BORROWED, too. In any case, the cabbie found it and returned it.

I want to believe in the goodness of human beings, but cynically I suspect that the cabbie had no clue how expensive a musical instrument can be. You know what I'm talking about.

oh I saw this yesterday. Then Quint gave an impromptu concert to all the cabbies as a thank you. Most of them looked bored out of their minds; sitting out in the hot sun!

Remember when Yo Yo Ma did this same thing a few years back? Good lord, how can scatterbrained can these guys be?

Came on to check out everybody's opinion on AI and found out that thread had been hijacked :yikes:.

OK, I'm flexible . I lost my ipod and then discovered that there's a great MP3 player on my phone . i bought a 2 gig disc for it and voila! Now, i'm looking for wireless headphones.

Back to AI. I agree with IBD too. I feel bad for dreadlocks but he was soooo not there last night. If he stays, something is wrong. I LOVE David Cook too, Seisha is definitely most improved but David A has been rock steady all the way through. It seems effortless for him. I'm rooting for either David .

Lost internet connection after the show!

Ok. My "opinion" only: Top 3 have been pre - determined. At what point the contestants know, I'm not sure. I believe all along the two Davids' have been headed to the finale. Up to the top 4, there is wiggle room, based on ratings and votes cast. Jason, I think was supposed to go out at 5, but because of the note card reading incident, they pushed Jason through. I believe his bags were packed 2 weeks ago and here is why:
Jason, has had a few songs go to the top of iTunes. Both Davids' have several and Brooke has had quite a few too. The rest, have had 1 or 2 at the most, Syesha has yet to crack the top. He still has potential to sell a lot of music but will probably be "indie" like Elliot. But, please don't forget - this is a TV show - it is all about ratings and who will sell the most. Ratings are down this year, they have to keep who they think will bring viewers. Demographics also factor greatly in viewership. So, in a nutshell,
I think the writing is on the wall for Jason:dunno: If he stayed tonight, he would split the vote with the 2 Davids' next week and they can't have that. If Syesha stays, Jason's fans will vote for a guy vs. Syesha.

Interesting that a writer for E! Online attended the dress rehearsal before the show yesterday and they said Jason was the best, connected with the audience and couldn't believe what happened the live show. I think Simon's scathing remarks affected Jason. The Bob Dylan song was his best - no forgotten lyrics in rehearsal, so I believe the criticism shook him.

Behind the scenes? David A needed more focus on him last night to make it look more even between the Davids', hence David C. stepping into the background.

If I am wrong, I will eat my hat!

I get hand me down electronics from my kids too. My daughter gave me her "old" cell phone recently that seems to do alot of cool things. I think it even does the dishes. I need a tuturial (? spelling) though, she doesn't have the original info with it. I couldn't change my screen saver fast enough. My choices were pretty much my son in law or my son in law. (Seemed creepy weird to have my son in law as my screen saver... I like him and everything but I need to draw the line somewhere)
How funny!
