Either way, they are both incredible.

I think it interesting that the voting always seems to be on the night's performances, not cumulative performances. So if you bloop the last two times, say, but starred the other ten, you still might get voted out!

I think David Cook is more tempramentally suited to being the next Idol. He's very self-possessed and confident. I think he has the most incredible voice.

David A seems more like a Josh Groban or Harry Connick kind of singer than a pop idol. Gorgeous voice but he still closes his eyes!!!

What kind of look did Simon have on his face?! I didn't care for that song or her performance in general. Was she the what runner up. I didn't watch AI till about a year ago.

Ridiculous and laughable, really. But then "Longer" was, too. I kept saying to Mr. Pod--seriously? A 17-year-old singing this song? I couldn't believe it. But then, David C. murdered the Switchfoot song. That was truly criminal.

Yes I caught Simon and Randy giving looks about Fantasia. Then Ryan asked her about her hair!!! OMT too funny. She was really hyper, then trying to kiss Ryan at the end. Wierd...

Anyone catch Kimmel tonight? He did a skit on David A's dad. claiming they asked him to leave as he was making his son nervous. Then the (skit) dad said 'I brought his kitten and told him if he doesn't do good tonight, I'm gonna drown him' (or something similar). Then they aked him if he was a stage dad and the (skit) dad got all red and flipped out screaming 'Don't tell me how to raise my kid"!!!!!

Oh well, next week we'll find out.

These posts make me laugh...

I really enjoyed last nights show. I like seeing how a "real crowd" acts towards them and especially how the "idol" acts toward the attention from the crowd. It must be something having all those people wanting YOU.

I of course, was pleased with the results. Next week I bet will be a close one. Pins and needles I tell ya!!
