They are not coming here on the Idol tour - Tampa and Atlanta are the closest venues to our area.

Either of your scenarios are fine with me. Although, I would be packing my bags right now trying to find a way out to LA if I thought Matt would be in the finale. I think Kris has more of America's backing right now. But if Matt gets third, I will go back to Michigan to see his homecoming parade.
The theme for next week is Rat Pack Classics - Frank, Dean and Sammy etc.
With Matt's Michael Buble influence, and the possibility of him playing Mack the Knife or possibly even Georgia on My Mind again, he has a strong chance to do well.

The way I saw tonight:
1) Kris, 2) Allison, 3) Danny, 4) Matt, 5) Adam
Kris has great style, unique charm, and performed well tonight. Allison is amazing for 17. Danny stepped up his game tonight, but was a little over the top at the end. Jamie Fox's idea about the ending for Matt may have been good, but the key was too low for the front half of the song and he had pitch problems. Adam is a good performer and may deserve more respect from me, but I absolutely loathe the way he sticks out his tongue and screams a section of EVERY song he sings.
I'm sure America will see it differently, but that's the way I think the ranking should be. I think we will lose Allison tomorrow...we'll see.

Adam number 1, Allison number 2 ( I wasn't on her team until tonight). The rest were ... meh.
analogman, I could have typed this. Totally agree. SM, I didn't get to vote for anyone...lots going on here. Kept having to pause and re-wind...it was just an effed up night. But, I did see your sign when I was there--too cute!!!
p.s.--i hope we don't lose Allison! It should be Danny, imho.

Kris is adorable and pretty sexy in a shy sort of way. The girls were screaming for him tonight and he's loving every minute of it.
Allison is still amazing to me for a 17 y.o. I can't wait to see how she sounds in a few more years.
And Danny... he was amazing tonight. For as much as I've bashed him in the past, he was great.
I wanted to love Matt because he is such a sweet, genuine guy. I can't get past the multiple runs tho.
I've always been an Adam fan, but tonight was a little over done to me. Guess I didn't care for the song maybe.
