Tennessee is #3. Not surprised there. Probably more of the corrupt politicians are here in Memphis where I live. The government here is about as corrupt as they come. Has been for years. Total mismanagement of money that doesn't belong to them, spending money for revitalization projects they don't have or have rights to. And then they are always wanting us taxpayers to replace what they have squandered by taxing us more.
