Really? come on don't stoop that low and defend this idiot. You are better than this.
I have a question for you. Did you see her interview with O'Reilly? I did and it was not exactly a ringing endorsement of radiation per se. I am certainly not defending her, only trying to point out what her point of view is, whether you agree with it or not. There are many good uses of radiation and you damn well know it. What is happening in Japan is certainly not in such a category.

If it weren't for the fact that she listed zinc, magnesium, selenium, copper, manganese, et al, as poisonous, when magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body and by depriving the body of it would be suicidal, I would give more credence to her assertion. But, the amounts that she credits with studies do not have any footnotes and they are considerably high.

Homeopathy is based on the premise that diseases are best treated by stimulating the body's natural defenses with toxins that cause similar symptoms; but, in extremely minute quantities. So, it may be possible that in small doses, radiation may be beneficial.

I wonder if any studies have been done on people who are frequent fliers, because a trip from NY to San Francisco will expose a person to the same amount of radiation you would receive when given a chest x-ray.

Gee, Coulter has never made controversial comments before.......
unless you want to consider the following as two examples of many:

On the 9/11 widows:

"These self-obsessed women seemed genuinely unaware that 9/11 was an attack on our nation and acted as if the terrorist attacks happened only to them. ... I've never seen people enjoying their husbands' deaths so much ... the Democrat ratpack gals endorsed John Kerry for president ... cutting campaign commercials... how do we know their husbands weren't planning to divorce these harpies? Now that their shelf life is dwindling, they'd better hurry up and appear in Playboy."

"It would be a much better country if women did not vote. That is simply a fact. In fact, in every presidential election since 1950?except Goldwater in '64?the Republican would have won, if only the men had voted."

She's also defended Joe McCarthy, so it's only right that some on this forum would defend her.

I listened to whole interview. She hit a new low.

O'Reilly tried to get her to admit some types of radiation will kill you and she refused.

In a way, I admire her.

She says something stupid then doubles down.

But it helps sell books.

The topic is radiation, the reason it is being discussed is Japan.

The only reasonable conclusion is that Coulter is an idiot.

Does breathing second hand smoke help with a hacking cough?

Does breathing second hand smoke help with a hacking cough?

It depends on what you're smoking. ;-)

But, since you don't believe in homeopathy; as we all know and your condescending comments have been broadly made, maybe then you can question allergists as to why they use the same offending allergen in boosting immunity to it which has been part of allopathic medicine for quite some time. ???
