Lets vote for the baby daddy...
OK, I think that Larry Birkhead actually believes he is the father, because he was told he was. When they broke up, she didn't want him to be involved with her child. Why else would a woman known solely for her desire to be photographed, run away from her paparazzi to the Bahamas? Not for privacy, she was inviting photographers into private moments, see the birth of her baby video, pics from her hospital room, pics with her son right before he died, and pics from the commitment ceremony. The answer to why the Bahamas, was to ensure the baby has citizenship there. I think her legal friend Stern was working to keep Larry from Anna and the baby. If they were in the US that would be hard to do if Larry proved his claim through testing. They didn't want to submit to the paternity test right after the baby was born, because they knew he was the father.
He friend and lawyer Stern is listed as the daddy on the birth certificate and the baby was born there.The US courts have no say. They can extridite a felon. But they have no jurisdiction over the Bahamaian court system or it's innocent citizens (ie DannieLynn). US courts can't make the Bahamas turn the baby over to someone other than who is listed on the birth certficate. Even if Larry or the "Prince" were determined by DNA to be the real father the US can't help them.
Any other thoughts?
