I'm rethinking this, though, because I think peppermint ice cream tastes best with homemade fudge sauce on top, and too much of that would produce too much of me! :shock:

I have never had the peppermint ice cream with hot fudge, but sounds like a perrrfect combination. Good suggestion!

This sounds good. My kids like to add a hershey's kiss and a peppermint stick to their hot chocolate. We had some last night. It all started in preschool when they came home with a "snowman's soup mix". A packet of cocoa, mini marshmallows, a candy cane and a hershey's kiss. That and the reindeer food that we still have to make and sprinkle on the front lawn. ( oats and glitter)

I love the reindeer food! And the couple of years that we had snow, Bdarg would take a broomstick and make "hoofprints" around the food, then try and cover his own tracks to make it look real. Will thought that was great.

One year, the mailman delivered a package to us Christmas morning (I couldn't believe it). He was dressed as Santa. Our little guy about had a heart attack when he looked up and saw Santa at the door!
