The more I think of it, I think Landlocked was trying to say that his roomate used the sacks for wiping material because he was too cheap to buy TP. Can you imagine the plumper who is trying to clear the toilet, thinking, What is up with all of the plastic Krystal bags stuck in the toilet? Here's your problem Mister.
