It's true. Kitchen Confidential is the most accurate depiction of a professional kitchen that I've ever seen. Some of the nicest, most mild-mannered people go to work in a kitchen and turn into vulgar, filthy pirates.

I enjoyed watching Bourdain eat the raw Seal on the Inuit family's kitchen floor.....mostly the eyeball sucking footage.

We are in the minority here but I agree with you. He's a little too grubby for me.
