I will admit that I loved this show this season. That might be tacky of me, but whatever. I was so glad that Terry Fator won -- the Roy Orbison skit was awesome! My second favorite was Cas Haley. Like Piers said, he did Sting better than Sting. Up until the Roy Orbison skit, Julienne Irwin was my favorite. It is amazing that a fourteen-year-old girl has so much poise and so much talent. But she is pitchy and needs voice lessons before she's a million-dollar talent. I didn't like Butterscotch at first (don't particularly like the beatboxing), but when I saw her at the piano, it reminded me of Alicia Keyes which put her in my personal top group. I think that all three vocalists who didn't win will probably get contracts, so they'll do just fine.

I am such a fan that yesterday I watched the entire season of reruns on Bravo (while doing laundry, paying bills, etc.).

So, were any of you "America's Got Talent" fans this season?

I didn't watch this one. The previews looked entertaining though. Was the winner that good or did you like him cause his name rhymed with Gator? :D

I am still trying to catch up with The Real World episodes I missed the last two weeks. Top Chef is also tonight and I am slowly learning how to work the Tivo that has been hooked up for a year. :D

Mermy...leave us alone, you sound like Mr. Kitty. We are happy with our reality tv. :trainwreck:

I finally watched 3 episodes of Flipping Out last night (from 1 am to 4 am:eek:) !

This guy is certifiable ! He's a Svengali! Who the hail would put their house on the market and sell it just cause he commanded it! His dogs get massages and acupuncture! He must realllllllly pay well!

And play poker, which is what I am doing.

I don't think I could poker at the same time. Too much thinking. :bang:

As you can see, I'm not working too hard. Working from home, at any time of the day or night, can make a 30 minute job end up taking 2 hours. Too many distractions! Too many reality tv shows.

I know - I work from home some. Sometimes it's easier to take the ol' laptop outside to escape the distractions!

ALSO, please tell me how anyone can watch So you think you can dance? My daughter is even a dancer and I cannot bear to watch the woman judge. She is beyond obnoxious. She's like Marie Osmond on crack.
True, and they talk too much (more than I can handle ;-)) I only liked the dancing. The kids were just amazing.

There were several shows I tried to watch including the one looking for the next big director - that had too much yapping. If I want to hear people talk I'll turn on the radio.

I love SYTYCD! My son really got into the b-boys and cried when HOK went home. He liked Dominic too - that dance with the chair was unbelieveable. My favorite was Sabra. She made dancing look effortless, and was feminine, graceful and athletic at the same time. My favorite dances were the Hummingbird and the Flower and Danny and Neil's Two Princes! I am thinking about taking my son to see them in Atlanta when they come in October.

Yes, Mary's laugh is extremely annoying. Nigel must want to wear earplugs when she starts giving her opinion.

Hummingbird was my favorite too. And so happy Sabra won.
