Maybe not far in distance, but SoWal is about as white as a town can get. On occasion, I see an Asian person, like the cutie pie at the gym today30A Skunkape said:

Nim's went to Indian/Thai a couple months back, and doesn't really have Vietnamese on the menu anymore. There's a new place in Destin over by Walmart called something like Sai-kyo that's serving Japanese and Vietnamese and promising pho.
If you get closer to the bases in FWB and PCB, you see a fair amount of Asian military spouses and their families.

I don't know about any in SoWal, but there's one in Bay County that's actually worth the trip across the bridge. It's called Lotus, and it's on the south side of 98 after you pass the college.

New place in PC at the Walmart/Sports Authority/Michael's plaze named Rice & Noodle Vietnamese restaurant. 850-763-0060.
I was eating nearby and stopped in to get a menu. All the food on the tables looked nice and the guy who works next door said it was all good he eats there all the time. Might be worth a try.
