We're so sad Criolla's is closed. It was one of our favorites! We've been trying to replicate their Caesar dressing recipe but continue to miss the mark. Does anyone have the recipe you'd be willing to share? THANKS!

I'm still trying to perfect it also. Have even purchased casabel chilis. But then found a place that would sell me some cascabel chili sause already made.
Would love to have the correct recipe. Johnny is at Seager's and they still have their own famous salad....not Johnny's. But Johnny's Crabmeat Louisianne has made it onto the menu.
