Oh LadyD...you really need to go back and reread that thread Biff sent you.

Well Miss Kitty, I noticed the drooling smiley but I must be kind of slow to catching onto whatever. Must be the Alavert D12 I took that has me out of it somewhat. I realized when I saw it that I had already posted something about this very thing and felt very silly. Must have missed something in that initial thread. I figured he was just pointing out that I had already started a thread on that at another time, which I kind of thought I had.

All of you need to go to "For the Health of It and get a Neti pot." (I'm sure that is spelled wrong but just say it and they will know what you want) I have had so many sinus infections that I could not breath through my nose even when I was healthy. I now use it everyday just after I brush my teeth and I am allergy and sinus infection free. Try it. Its weird but it works. It is very inexpensive and has no side effects.

Thank you!

We can't live w/o our Neti pot. Even Mr. JR uses it regularly during certain seasons, and he's VERY skeptical about anything like this. If it didn't come from the dr. or the pharmacy, it's suspect! But he tried it once a few years back and he's a believer.

eyes itch badly - wanta a toothbrush to scrub them

Ask your doc about "Patanol", it is like giving your eyes a bath and takes the itch away immediately!!! ( I use it on those days my eye lids feel like sandpaper):D

Be careful, though, it is a steroid eye drop, but works better than anything I have ever used!!
