I personally think you would be a hott pirate. that'd be much better than a ditsy witch.i also can not believe all the people that have posted replies to this, i can not even get a response for my paintings.

I posted a picture below. I've contacted all the local seamstresses I could find and they all told me "No." I'm about ready to give up and find something else to be.

They surely still sell a pattern for that type of dress, the fabric would be more difficult. Go down to Walmart and check through their books!
