I'm interested in how they attach it to foundation and meet Fl. Hurricane requirements.

Gorilla glue is pretty strong, when mixed with salt water and white sand(!) :roll:

This Old House did an episode on these pre-fab houses. They are constructed very well. The one they were building was as a replacement for a Hurricane Sandy destroyed house.

I saw this one the steel1man posted on my walk the other day. I also watched them put one together in the Village at BMB. IT's all in how they build the modules.

by there today doesn't appear to be tied down in any special way. Sitting on piers now adding siding
