I have read most of this thread with extreme interest but, admittedly, little understanding. We all have our crosses to bear and some are definitely heavier than others. I have decided to post less frequently because it seems to me, and my feeling may be wrong, that some are allowed to say whatever they wish and others are not. SoWal, overall, is a very good local website. It supplies needed and accurate information on many subjects. That is well and good but I wish that some of the forums were left open to spirited, emotional, and yes, even "snarky" discussion. As the old saying goes, "if you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen". We, all at once, are missing a lot of folks who use to post thoughtful, provocative, and yes, sometimes "snarky" things. I, for one, miss those posts. Only one man's perspective.
