Coming down next week and was wondering if these were in the seafood markets.

Thanks!

Yes they are. Shrimpers (on 98), both Goatfeathers Seafood (30A), and Destin Ice Seafood Market all have them.

I have made them only once and was blown away by their lobster-like taste. I simply saut?ed them with white wine, olive oil, and diced tomatoes, a little butter. Served over angel hair.

You only cook them about two minuts, according to Sextons. They also told me they aren't a local shrimp but maybe that was just the ones at that time. If this is wrong, please correct it. They are excellent eating as those who have tried them knows.

Not sure if it's correct Andy, but I was told they are a deep water Gulf shrimp.
