I had absolutely NO time to think much less post!!!! It was an amazing time...only someone like me (which were all the other chefs that were there) could understand. I will post a report (can't call it a trip report...even tho it was one hail of a trip!) I feel like I have lived 2 weeks in 5 days...got very little sleep...but it was a blast... saw no golfers..I was in a hospitality house.... 5:00-10:00 every day....
