I leave tomorrow for my wonderful stay in SoWal. I think it would be funn to meet the locals and those on this board. What would be a good place and time for this to happen? The only plans I have are Smiling Fish on Tuesday night and one night at Red Bar for my daughter. Let me know soon, as I will not have internet access while I am there. Hope to meet you folks.

If you want to meet me, you can do so on Tuesday, Aug 29, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Sandestin. Look for the Blood Mobile, or they may still be in the portable buildings up front and west of the Hospital. The NW FL Blood Center will be receiving blood from 11a-6p on that day. Maybe if I am lucky, I will see you there! I will be the giddy one chatting up all of the cute blood collectors. ;-)

I am arriving tomorrow evening. Or at least that is the plan. I hope to leave by noon and it is about 8 hours. Only one daughter is coming and she is 26...that makes me feel really old. As for blood donating, sounds good,but had surgery last month, so I am not a candidate at this point. I will be there until the Sunday before Labor Day...9 glorious days by my calculations. May it be a hurricane/tropical storm free week.
