A.Wickey Studio/Gallery
We are in search of a resourceful, creative, innovative and fearless (you will be climbing tall ladders sometimes) person to assist in running the gallery. Your duties will include working at the gallery, located in THE HUB, approx 25 hours a week and sometimes off site at the studio; CREATIVELY maintaining and growing social media; facilitating advertising and PR opportunities (including special events); selling art, clothing, jewelry and accessories; being able to have friendly, educated conversations with buyers of ALL economic backgrounds; maintaining the physical gallery, everything from scheduling to changing light bulbs; working directly with the artist/gallery owner. Be prepared to demonstrate innovative ideas to grow social media following. Opportunity for commission is also available on top of hourly.
