When we've cleared the slate, we should have a very good idea of how to artistically beautify the place so that all the renters will be beating a path to our door in their haste to stay at our place.

Sueshore, that's EXACTLY the way my mind is thinking. I have no intention of renovating 24/7 in this little condo, no matter how un-beautiful it presently is!
