We are seeking an outgoing, organized and experienced professional to help launch and manage a Candy and Bike Retail Boutique in Peddlers Pavilion, Seacrest Beach, Florida.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations of the boutique to assure a great customer experience and optimum profitability.

• Assist in store planning process including: retail space design, product buying, services, pricing, and marketing.
• Manage the daily operations and management of the store: sales and cashier duties, supervise support staff, complete POS reports, track inventory.
• Ensure every customer is served in a timely manner, and managing customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure boutique is clean and well maintained, presents visually appealing displays; and complies with all applicable laws.
• Assist upper management in store strategies, promotions and advertising.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or its equivalent; Bachelor's Degree desirable. 3+ years of retail experience. Combination of experience and education is considered.
• Dependable, disciplined, self-driven, effective merchandising and strong organization skills, good eye for aesthetics, excellent interpersonal communication, creative and savvy in Social Media.
