Well, all this merging has me baffled, dazed and confused. But, I believe that even without a merger or 250 burgers, I'd be baffled, dazed and confused.

What the heck is going on with this thread? When SJ, myself and TFT replied, there was only our three replies to what is, now, post # 7. Now, there are posts before #7 and others in between ours that weren't there before. Did I get trapped in worm hole somewhere? How did that happen?

Even crazier, when I posted, my post was #2, and the only post above it was the initial post:

(250 burgers in a day if they are open 10-8 thats 25 burgers an hour ) no one said a thing

Hey Vote, now I see what you were trying to get at. It just wasnt clarified what the actual point was early on. For me personally, I'm not in the food service/burger industry. Aside from eating them readily, I would have no idea how many burgers are produced on any given night in any burger restaurant. 20 or 25 burgers an hour would not raise any red flags for me for a busy burger joint. I assumed that type of volume would be consistent with the summer traffic. You seem to have a deeper insight and could educate us as to statistical facts. I'm all for learning about the industry.
