I know you have had a cleaning service come through the summer during your rentals or after the family trip - however this is the time of year that they will rob you of your money for the items that should have been cleaned year round while they have been coming weekly - if you are dissatisfied even slightly or would like to see someone who is plain and simply OCD about cleaning - then you owe it to yourself, and your future guests to have the home thoroughly cleaned. Fans, Baseboards, vent registers, top of door frames, should be dust free everytime. When was the last time your comfortors were cleaned? Would you be ashamed to have your guest to a black light to your linens to see the obvious left behind. Its crazy to think that your service doesnt take the time to complete a little extra especially when the homes and condos they clean will always have from time time an extra day between rentals where they are no back to back turns - meaning on those days that the property managers have them running so many jobs on one day there is no way they can spend the time needed to show your home the quality it deserves. When in a hurry I have come behind others who seem to have spent week only to come in dust and wipe surfaces, shine some glass and change linens.
