Get a taste of Australia right here on 30-A this Friday, November 2nd. Criolla's presents a 7 course contemporary Australian menu paired with award winning wines from down under. Shayne Vaughan, our Chef de Cuisine and native of Australia will prepare innovative, authentic dishes featuring Kangaroo and other Australian ingredients.
