Bahamas reef snorkeling...

This is off of Disney's Island, Castaway Cay. It was very different from the reef in the Caymans. Very cool. The barracuda towards the end was about four feet long. It was a sly booger and would stay about 10 feet away from me despite how fast or slow I swam towards it.

Wow this looks great! The reefs there look similar to the ones in Guam.

What camera do you have? Did you have anything shiny on you that the cuda kept staring at?

It's just a little Flip Video cam with the associated waterproof housing. One button operation.

The barracuda was actually moving to stay away from me, but the thought about shiny stuff did cross my mind!

Barracuda will do that, even without wearing shiny things. They just sit there and look at your every move. Makes me nervous. I cant imagine what they would do to an arm with shiny stuff -- Shark bait!
