Beach Chair Service for Magnolia Cottages by the Sea or nearest public access

Hi, We are renting in July 22 and wondering who knows who provides the Beach Chair Service for Magnolia Cottages by the Sea (at Patina Blvd and 30A) or who provides chair services at nearby public access points? Also - if we do need to go to a public access point, are there any shuttle services or 'for hire' private shuttle services to help us out? Our mgmt company does not (knowlingly?) give a valid beach chair service provider and seems to being 'playing dumb' with us. aaarrrgh..

Hey, NorthGeorgiaGal! We own and self manage in Phase 2 of Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. Magnolia Cottages has deeded access that is directly across the street from Patina. Once down the stairs its about 50-75 yards in either direction to the public beach available for setup. I have found that sometimes it is easier to walk on the road once we parked the golf cart in the designated golf cart lot but you may not. For chair rental, I would suggest reaching out to Michael at 850-358-0136 or Shawn at 904-708-1859. Both of these guys were helpful in setups last year.

I'm so sorry! Unfortunately, the property managers aren't always the best at understanding the logistics of each neighborhood.

There is chair service available at the bottom of the stairs if you call Shawn. However, that chair service is technically for the condos (Andante). So, if they allow you to pay for setup there, it is out of courtesy. Magnolia does not have a private beach. Just the access. We use to have the beach space in front but a new developer came in and its gotten a little ugly.

With all that to say, those 2 gentleman can setup for you at the public access spaces on either side of the deeded access. You can just choose to access it via the road or the beach. I've attached a map that I use for my guests. I hope it helps! Welcome to our beautiful neighborhood!

@Dawn7272 Thank you! I agree! That's why we made the switch to self-mange this year. I hated our guests not feeling like they had the right information. It just takes a little more effort to make sure guests have all the right information to have a great vacation. Especially in this economy, dollars don't go as far as they use to go. The least I can do is help visitors to the area feel like they made a sound decision.
