I'm so sorry! Unfortunately, the property managers aren't always the best at understanding the logistics of each neighborhood.

There is chair service available at the bottom of the stairs if you call Shawn. However, that chair service is technically for the condos (Andante). So, if they allow you to pay for setup there, it is out of courtesy. Magnolia does not have a private beach. Just the access. We use to have the beach space in front but a new developer came in and its gotten a little ugly.

With all that to say, those 2 gentleman can setup for you at the public access spaces on either side of the deeded access. You can just choose to access it via the road or the beach. I've attached a map that I use for my guests. I hope it helps! Welcome to our beautiful neighborhood!

Hi, your information is not correct. The Seacrest Drive access is access only, there is no public beach available. There is public beach at the Sea Breeze access because the 5 or 6 lots to the west have the access have property lines to the bottom of the dunes. However, all the lots on either side of the Seacrest Drive access have property lines that go to the water, therefore no public beach. Please correct your information!

We still haven't found any beach setups.. Shawn can't do it and Michael doesn't evidently have the concession for Sea Breeze public access. If anyone knows who might have that concession, please post. Wow, I didn't realize all of this was private or I would have made sure when renting there was adequate beach space and not just access. Thanks to all who are contributing!

Most locals take our own chairs and umbrellas. Get to the beach early and you can set up anywhere on the wet sand and it won’t be a problem. There is a definite different between beach access and being able to set up on the beach. It’s a huge problem of course. Other options are driving to a Regional Beach Access which have public beach and going to a state park. When we have guests they like to switch it up and try different beaches. Neighborhood accesses are great for quick trip to see the waves, the sunset, etc but the larger accesses have bathrooms and parking (limited) and are good for Long Beach days. But honestly, just take your own chairs and don’t worry about the vendors. Set up on the wet sand where the beach is public and you’ll be just fine.

Good advice.

You know. I've gone to the beach before with merely a towel and lived to tell about it.

Thanks for the suggestions.. We are veteran beach goers, but we have a group of youngish 70 year old women who could find it difficult to carry chairs/umbrellas/etc up and down the stairs. It wouldn't be so bad except for the stair situation. We are used to Pensacola Beaches and the easy access and bring our own chairs etc.. a friend in the group has recently moved to the 30A area and we rented a house near the beach to house all for a big celebration and it is a learning experience to arrange convenient (and dare I say easy?) beach excursions in this area for the large group.
