Does Odom still have any ownership interest in that empty acrerage north of 283/30a intersection? Had been planned for hotel/condo/retail complex by him at one time. Maybe turn it into a pay parking facility and run buses down to the public access.

My understanding is that it can't be completed until he is able to acquire the state land on the south end of it.

pay per use parking lot?

The person who pushed the new rule as written to help reduce the number of autos on the beach also hopes to open a pay per use parking lot in Grayton, from what I understand.

What is this place going to? thats the most rediculous thing i've heard yet! But if blue is behind it he'll get it!
