oysters in cornmeal hot out of the oil - my kinda eating. did you try the tasso grits????????????????? wait til you go to breakfast there - let's do it soon.. red beans and rice with a coupla eggs on top with a side of beignets... I'm hungry now!

Best breakfast around Skunky! Do the "Swamp Special" big bowl of half red beans and rice half jambalaya with two eggs on top cooked how you like 'em. MMMMMMMMMMMM! FFF lives there every morning. Love the coffee with chickory and beignets. Lil' FFF loves the fresh pancakes. Occasionally they have steak for breakfast with potatoes. Delecious!

There is a daily blue plate special for lunch. Always very good! Try the meatloaf.

"Gator" is the best! How funn is he?!

BB - you got it right - the Swamp Special - couldn't think of the name. you have to go home and go back to bed after... ;-) I usually just order the beignets and grits, then sample from everyone elses plates...
