I have recently had horrible service from the wedding company we used at the beach when we got married. I want to spread the word that the company is not the best to use. We had a wonderful wedding but they have now repeatedly lied to us about shipping our pictures
. Does any one know which Better Business Bureau to contact for the Seagrove area?

The things Susanna is posting is not true. Susanna has asked for reduced rates and discounts all through the planning process of her wedding. Susanna received all of her photos in the time promised. We have registered postal receipts to prove when they were delivered.
What Susanna did not post is we gave her the option of doing weeks of retouching blowing hair out of faces and hair flying straight up in the in the wind at no additional charge.
It was windy on the beach the day of Susanna's wedding and her hair along with her wedding party, and her family had hair blowing straight up in the wind and hair blowing across their face. I cannot control the wind however I took six weeks working with over 200 photos in adobe photoshop and retouching pixel by pixel to make every photo perferct without hair in blowing all over the place. In an email we gave Susanna the choice to wait the extra time for the retouching or to get the photos with the wind blown hair. Susanna asked we take the extra time to retouch the photos. The beach is unpredicatable for weather.
They asked for many items that they did not pay for. Susanna and her husband wanted a $10,000. ceremony for $1395.
Susanna even complained minutes before she walked down the isle about her "sister-law to be, her own relative ripping her off" because (Logan her husbands sister) did not provide the flowers she paid for. Susanna's sister in law provided all the flowers for the ceremony and the reception and they some of the best arrangements I have ever seen. The flowers were flown in from California.
Susanna creates "ugly drama" and all is fair play when someone like this posts messages that are not true. Susanna parents would not attend their daughter's wedding because of all the drama Susanna creates. This is what her own guests at her wedding told the minister and myself!
We also went out and visited beach houses for Susanna before her wedding. They ended up using one of the houses we found for them.
Our company has a signed letter from Susanna after she received her photos thanking us for the extra work for the retouching , stating it was worth the extra time to wait for such high quality photos, and she would not of changed a thing with the wedding.
If anyone cares to see the postal receipts, proof of delivery, or the letter I will be happy to email it to you.
With this type of business we deal with hundred of wedding couples. We have never had a complaint from the B.B.B Please feel free to check.
We have had only a few couples bounce checks or give us bad credit card numbers which you can expect with any business this is the only time we do not deliver a product.
I will not resolve this kind of conflict just because of a posting
