I used to work in the business, and should know what a proofer is, but I kept thinking about construction equipment of some sort. Perhaps anyone looking for a bread proofer will know that you are talking about kitchen equipment.

Thanks for the tips! We had this bread proofer in our shop when we bought our business and I wasn't sure what it was and knew I could get some help from some of you! Just need to get this out due to limited space. It is a bread proofer
