Try the "P.C. Pervert Trap". It's a snare trap baited with a continuous loop recording of a young female voice repeating " I'm so drunk, hee, hee, hee "

Okay ease my mind please. Did anyone in Pt. Washington have unexpected company (ie; salesman, church group, etc) come to their door this morning (Sunday) around 9-ish a.m.?

I had an odd incident occur, but it could be explained if there was a door to door type of solicitation happening in the area.

That seems like an odd time to door-to-door solicit. It has been quiet this morning on the other side of the woods (East Pt. Wash). Of course our dogs will let us know if there is anyone even driving down the street, 2 streets away.

It was peculiar. Doorbell rang just once, but when I opened the door no one was there. No cars leaving the long driveway, no bike, didn't see anyone walking. No one answered when I called out.

House is tucked out of the way, not one you would stop at and ask directions, say. I'm sure it was just some lovely person bringing me freshly baked muffins?... and no big thing. But no muffins, no note, no Watchtower "early" on a Sunday a.m. :dunno:

Perhaps I'll just display my success rate at target practice on my front door for fun anyway...;-)

I like that,, good one!!!

Sorry I hijacked your thread! It seemed like a logical place to put the info, its in same area, and may/or may not be related.

I'll continue to hope it was just a very stealth muffin-delivering angel, (or someone wanting to mow my overgrown lawn) as opposed to someone possibly casing the joint.

Get that bear that was seen last night to hang out in your front yard.

Ok you gave me a great belly laugh thank you!:funn:
A bear was on my road in early June, I'll twitter him to check his availability. The only other way onto my property is from the dock out back, and I have some very large Wally gators patrolling there now.
