I would like to invite all the bicyclists who are out early to come to an early yoga class in Seaside. Wouldn't that be a great way to start your day? Bike to Seaside, yoga for 45-60 minutes, then bicycle more.
Yoga works our balance, strength and flexibility. It keeps our joints and muscles healthy and teaches us to breath.
