ChefEd is having a very hard time envisioning (entasting) this recipe.

Dang it I just got a Velveeta Fudge recipe...I knew I picked the wrong week to start dieting in preparation for the Seaside Half :bang: . I guess I'll have to wait till March to try it.:rotfl:

I just finished making Chocolate Cheese Fudge. What a revelation! Half the fun turned out to be making the fudge balls and my wife said it took her back to her making "mud pies" days. We both had a ball! I wish I could say the final results were just so-so, but nothing could be further from the truth! The fudge (I think the name is a misnomer but I don't know what else you could call it) is wonderful, magnificent and extremely tasty. Kudos to Bobby J's grandmother and my extreme thanks to her for allowing Bobby J to "release" the recipe. Great, great post Bobby J! I just noticed Shelly "outed" the recipe though I believe it is Bobby J's. Anyway my extreme thanks to you, too, Shelly. Us Chocoholics are most appreciative.

Believe me, the Velveeta is just fine. It causes no cheese flavor at all, only a smooth velvety texture. I have just had my fifth Chocolate Cheese Fudge ball and I have decided there may be just the slightest hint of a cheese flavor in the fudge balls. The flavor is unique, however, and still wonderful. The bad news is I've already gained 5 pounds.

So I guess you all have figured out that I know who Shelly is...;-)

No, I didn't. I just misread who posted the recipe. It's still wonderful, though.
