At the risk of offending some...did you hear about the new stamp with the President's portrait on it? Many complaints that the stamps would not stick to letters, would fall off in transit, leaving the recipient with "postage due." Compliants to the Administration resulted in a multimillion dollar study, the results of which were..."stamp users spitting on the wrong side of the stamp."
